Documentation To initiate the CSR Form 1 registration process, gather the necessary documents:
PAN card of the NGO.
Certificate of registration of the NGO.
Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association
Audited financial statements for the past three years.
Details of ongoing projects and those completed in the last three years.
Details of the governing body/board members.
Bank account details of the NGO.
Ensure that all the documents are up-to-date, duly signed, and attested.
